Please keep in mind that all blueprints and specifications are the property of architectural and engineering firms. There are times when these firms may request that their documents not be reproduced, and ABX must abide by this request.

Copies are made on a first-come, first-served basis. There are times when documents are unavailable for copying because they are being reviewed in the plan room. Therefore, members are advised to telephone copy orders into the ABX staff a minimum of one day in advance to ensure they will be copied and available when needed.

Members are responsible for payment of all ordered copies unless cancellation is given prior to the order being processed.

Members are responsible for becoming familiar with a project as a whole (invitation to bid, instruction to bidders, general contract conditions, addenda, etc.) if ordering or making copies which reflect only a portion of that project.
